Chipotle sauce can be used in a variety of dishes. It pairs deliciously with chicken; whether it's oven-roasted or grilled for fajitas, this sauce will add a nice kick to your dish. And for my vegetarians, try it with some roasted cauliflower or even eggplants.
3 tbsp Lebni*
2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (more if you want it to be super spicy)
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Cut chipotle peppers into smaller pieces to make it easier to blend together.
Combine all ingredients into a blender for about 30 seconds.
Taste and adjust! If it's too spicy, add a bit more lebni and if you think you can handle it, mix in an additional pepper or two.
*You can substitute Greek yogurt or even mayo, but I prefer lebni for a thicker, creamier consistency
